Our Promise: Easy, Free Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy, we offer FREE returns within 30 daysof delivery.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your product to request a return. The return must be initiated within this timeframe.

What You Can Return

Returns Accepted:

✓ Unused products in original condition
✓ Products in original packaging
✓ All accessories, manuals, and components included
✓ Items without signs of installation or use

Cannot Be Returned:

✗ Products that have been installed
✗ Products showing signs of use
✗ Items with damaged or missing packaging
✗ Custom or special orders
✗ Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
✗ Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”

How to Return an Item

Step 1: Contact Us (Within 30 Days)

Provide:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Product condition
  • Photos (if applicable)

Step 2: Get Your Return Authorization

We’ll send you:

  • Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • FREE prepaid return shipping label
  • Return instructions

Important: All returns must have an RMA number. Returns without an RMA may not be accepted.

Step 3: Pack Your Return

  • Use the original packaging
  • Include ALL accessories, manuals, and parts
  • Pack items securely to prevent damage during shipping
  • Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box
  • Do NOT write on the original product packaging

Step 4: Ship Your Return

  • Attach the prepaid return label we provide
  • Drop off the package at the designated carrier location
  • Keep your drop-off receipt
  • Note the tracking number for your records

Step 5: Get Your Refund

  • We’ll inspect your return within 5 business days of receiving it
  • We’ll email you the inspection results
  • If approved, we’ll process your refund within 7 business days

Refund Timeline

After we receive and approve your return:

  • Processing: Within 7 business days
  • PayPal: 1-2 business days after processing
  • Credit/Debit Card: 5-10 business days after processing (depending on your bank)

You’ll receive:

  • Full refund of the purchase price
  • Shipping costs refunded (since original shipping was free)
  • Refund to your original payment method

Refund Amount

Full Refund:

You’ll receive a full refund if:

  • Product is unused and in original condition
  • All components and packaging are included
  • Return is within 30 days
  • Product passes our inspection

Partial Refund:

A partial refund may be issued if:

  • Product shows minor signs of use
  • Packaging is damaged but product is intact
  • Missing non-essential components (case restocking fee may apply)

No Refund:

No refund will be given if:

  • Return is requested after 30 days
  • Product is returned without RMA number
  • Product is damaged due to misuse
  • Product fails inspection
  • Item is non-returnable (custom orders, installed items)

Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges. To exchange a product:

  1. Return your original item for a refund
  2. Place a new order for the item you want
  3. Contact us if you need assistance – we’re happy to help!

Damaged or Defective Products

Found damage or a defect? We’ll make it right!

If You Receive a Damaged Item:

Immediately Upon Delivery:

  1. Inspect the package before signing
  2. Note any damage on the delivery receipt
  3. Take photos of the damage (box and product)
  4. Contact us within 48 hours

Within 48 Hours:

We’ll Provide:

  • Free replacement product, OR
  • Full refund
  • Prepaid return label (if needed)
  • Fast resolution

If You Discover a Defect:

Report defects within 30 days of delivery:

  1. Contact us with details of the defect
  2. Provide photos or videos showing the issue
  3. We’ll determine if it’s a manufacturing defect
  4. If confirmed, we’ll send a free replacement

No cost to you for defective or damaged items!

Cancellations

Before Your Order Ships:

You can cancel free of charge!

  • We’ll stop the order if it hasn’t been processed yet
  • Full refund issued

After Your Order Ships:

  • You can still return it using our 30-day free return policy
  • Or refuse delivery when the carrier arrives
  • Follow the standard return process

Restocking Fees

We do NOT charge restocking fees for standard returns within 30 days.

Restocking fees may apply to:

  • Returns without RMA number: 20%
  • Products missing components: Up to 25%
  • Damaged packaging (product intact): 15%
  • Returns received after 30 days but within 60 days: 20-30%

Return Shipping Costs

FREE Return Shipping:

  • All eligible returns within 30 days
  • We provide a prepaid return label
  • No cost to you

You Pay Return Shipping:

  • Returns after 30 days
  • International returns
  • Returns of non-defective custom items
  • Items returned without authorization

Inspection Process

When we receive your return:

  1. Day 1-2: Package arrives at our facility
  2. Day 3-5: Inspection completed
  3. Day 5-7: Refund processed
  4. Email Updates: We’ll keep you informed throughout

We inspect for:

  • Completeness (all parts included)
  • Condition (unused, no damage)
  • Packaging integrity
  • Signs of installation or use

What Happens After Return Approval

Once your return is approved:

  1. ✓ You’ll receive a confirmation email
  2. ✓ Refund processed within 7 business days
  3. ✓ Money returned to your original payment method
  4. ✓ You’ll receive a refund confirmation email

Special Situations

Wrong Item Received:

  • Contact us immediately
  • We’ll send the correct item at no charge
  • Free return of the wrong item

Missing Items:

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery
  • We’ll send missing items immediately
  • No charge to you

Changed Your Mind:

  • No problem! Use our 30-day return policy
  • Product must be unused
  • Return shipping is free
