Delivery Details

Standard Delivery:

  • Delivery to your address (curbside or loading dock for large items)
  • Signature may be required
  • Someone should be available to receive the package

Large Equipment Delivery:

  • Freight shipments deliver to an accessible location
  • Liftgate service available upon request (additional fee may apply)
  • You’re responsible for moving items from the delivery point to the final installation location
  • Please inspect all items before signing the delivery receipt

What If There’s a Problem?

Package Not Delivered:

  1. Check the tracking information
  2. Look around your property (carriers sometimes leave packages in safe places)
  3. Check with neighbors
  4. Contact the carrier
  5. If the package is lost, contact us – we’ll help resolve it

Contact us if your package doesn’t arrive within 10 business days of the estimated delivery date.

Damaged Package:

  1. Important: Inspect your package BEFORE signing for delivery
  2. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt
  3. Take photos of the damage (both box and product)
  4. Contact us within 48 hours: contact@garagedoorlift.com or +1 (802) 868-1294
  5. Keep all packaging materials

We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund for damaged items.

Failed Delivery Attempts:

  • Carriers typically attempt delivery 2-3 times
  • You may need to pick up the package from a carrier facility
  • Storage fees may apply if the package isn’t claimed
  • Contact the carrier to arrange redelivery
