Delivery Details
Standard Delivery:
- Delivery to your address (curbside or loading dock for large items)
- Signature may be required
- Someone should be available to receive the package
Large Equipment Delivery:
- Freight shipments deliver to an accessible location
- Liftgate service available upon request (additional fee may apply)
- You’re responsible for moving items from the delivery point to the final installation location
- Please inspect all items before signing the delivery receipt
What If There’s a Problem?
Package Not Delivered:
- Check the tracking information
- Look around your property (carriers sometimes leave packages in safe places)
- Check with neighbors
- Contact the carrier
- If the package is lost, contact us – we’ll help resolve it
Contact us if your package doesn’t arrive within 10 business days of the estimated delivery date.
Damaged Package:
- Important: Inspect your package BEFORE signing for delivery
- Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt
- Take photos of the damage (both box and product)
- Contact us within 48 hours: contact@garagedoorlift.com or +1 (802) 868-1294
- Keep all packaging materials
We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund for damaged items.
Failed Delivery Attempts:
- Carriers typically attempt delivery 2-3 times
- You may need to pick up the package from a carrier facility
- Storage fees may apply if the package isn’t claimed
- Contact the carrier to arrange redelivery
